Account

Deleting your account is permanent and will delete all associating data to your account. What data will get deleted depends on whether you are a user or a customer, so you the information below to see what data will be lost.

Customer

Deleting your account will result in the deletion of all your feedback boards and their respective data. If you want to prevent your boards from being deleting, you will have to either pass ownership to a different account or mark the board as archived. Marking a board as archived will make the board still accessible to users but users and admins will no longer be able to make post or changes.

User

Deleting your user account will remove all associating data of your account including but not limited to, posts, comments, votes, and likes. As such any post you've made on any feedback board to help other users or businesses will be deleted.

Billing

We use stripe for payment process which allows for payments through credit and debit cards.
You can downgrade from a paid plan to the free plan as long as your account is within the limits of the free plan. If you have more than one feedback board, you will be given the option to select the board you want to remain active and the others will be archived.
We currently do not offer any discounts for startups or educators. However we are going to implement a process for startups or educators to get a free membership. If you are either party, contact us through our email and we'll assist you on getting an account setup.
